Rooms | Book a Room | Specials Features and PoliciesCarmel River Inn offers accommodations for both families, individual travelers and extended stay travelers. Features of the rooms are described below along with some of our general policies.
Check-in time is 3 pm. If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room isn't ready. Check-out time Check-out time is 11am. If you are staying in town until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart. Credit cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pets We accept pets in designated cottages; see our pet policy page for more information on activities for pets in Carmel. Concierge service Our front desk staff will be happy to tell you about the local attractions and events. If you would like to learn what’s happening before you arrive, check out our attractions or events sections. Travelers’ checks We accept travelers’ checks with the appropriate identification. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center on 1-800-966-6490 or 1-805-226-7462.
