Check-out time Check-out time is 11am. If you are staying in Pacific Grove until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

Pet Policy Pets are welcome in designated pet rooms for a nominal fee. Please call us on 1-800-935-9960 if you need a pet-friendly room.
Internet Access Wireless Internet access is available throughout the guest rooms and common areas for guests who bring their wireless enabled laptops.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center on 1-800-966-6490 or 1-805-226-7462.
