Policies  

Check-in time

Check-in time is 3 pm.  If you arrive before that time, we have an area where we can store your luggage if your room isn't ready.

Check-out time

Check-out time is 11am. If you are staying in Monterey until later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage until you are ready to depart.

Credit cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Parking
Parking is available one block away from the hotel. Valet parking and Bellman service is available. There is a reserved pick up and drop off zone at the main entrance to the hotel.

Travelers’ checks

We accept travelers’ checks with the appropriate identification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center on 1-800-966-6490 or 1-805-226-7462.
