The
restaurant at Village Green Resort in Cottage Grove is open nightly from
5:00pm for dinner. A few of our garden fresh dishes are described below.
Tri-Colored Cheese
Tortellini.
Sautéed with shallots, garlic and mushrooms, tossed in a Parmesan herbed
cream sauce.
Grilled Vegetable
Teriyaki (Vegan).
A
medley of fresh vegetables, Portobello mushrooms and tofu infused with
our house sesame marinade, then grilled and served with a ginger risotto
cake drizzled with an orange teriyaki sauce, garnished with edamame
beans.
Filet Mignon.
A
tender filet grilled and topped with fried onions; served with our three
wine demi-glace, mashed potatoes, and fresh vegetables.
Pan-Seared Sea
Scallops
Sautéed with garlic, shallots, and herbed beurre blanc; served over a
bed of wilted greens and Parmesan mashed potatoes.
